What are the available service plans for a Virtual Receptionist?
We offer two main plans: the Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) plan and the Unlimited plan.
Can you explain the PAYG plan?
The PAYG plan is designed for flexibility, allowing you to pay for only what you use. There's a one-time startup fee of $75 and a monthly subscription of $50. Calls are charged at $3.50 for the first 5 minutes, and $1 for each additional minute.
What does the Unlimited plan offer?
Our Unlimited plan is perfect for businesses expecting a high volume of calls. From $300 per month, we will answer all calls that come through without any extra costs.
Are your receptionists qualified?
Yes! Our team have been sourced and trained from a selection of highly qualified and skilled receptionists who are also highly skilled in customer service.
What are the hours of availability?
As we proudly provide virtual receptionists all around the world, we work to suit your schedule. As such, we are available 24/7.
How do you document phone calls received and answered?
All phone calls are documented through email. We will work with our client's scripts and actions as best we can but we will not utilise our client's softwares or systems with this service.
